Best Western Premier Islamabad

Stayed for 11 nights. Rooms: The hotel gladly offered me a room upgrade to an awesome room. Very spacious and comfortable. All basic amneties were provided. Rooms were equipped with modern facilities with windows in 2 sides of the room. Staff: They were extremely helpful specially the reception, management/front desk, security staff, room service. They always took care of the needs. Location: was quite easy for my work Food: Food from menu was delicious with large portion size. Airport drop/pickup: Hotel provided me a complementary airport drop and pickup in a very comfortable, modern van.

I could not believe that a hotel in Pakistan could match up to international standards. It is a modern design hotel and we loved our stay here. The rooms are spacious clean and modern. The staff are exceptional. Shout out to Miss Amina at reception and bell boy Nasim. Actually all the staff are amazing, courteous and professional. I used the Gym and it's decent. The location of the hotel is prime! Small details were taken care of! Carpet slippers in the room, universal power sockets to accommodate any phone chargers, Central heating and cooling, and so on. Would definitely stay here next time.

The Best Western Premier is a 5-star hotel for a reason. Everything is top-notch. On top of that, the staff didn't just pretend they'd go above and beyond -- they actually did so. I had a tour company give me the runaround, and Mr. Imran, one of the managers, took a fair amount of time out of his day to sort the situation out. To be clear, the issue had nothing to do with my stay at the hotel -- his help was just extra that he did to help me out. I haven't exactly made a tour of 5-star hotels in Islamabad, but it's hard to imagine how they could be better.
