We were travelling as a family of four adults and had booked two rooms. The staff were excellent. I had requested early check-in and was accommodated about three hours early. The executive lounge was closed on account of Eid-ul-Adha holidays but a trolley of complimentary snacks was made available to us. Our luggage was transported to our rooms by a porter/concierge. The rooms were spotlessly clean as were the bathrooms. I particularly liked the energy efficient air-conditioning system that would only run when the room was occupied and the card key was in place. Checkout was a breeze and we were dropped off at Islamabad international airport in an air-conditioned van. The vehicle was arranged so all our luggage would fit easily. Excellent experience.

The location, the staff from front office to guest relation to housekeeping. Especially naming Iraj and Amina along with Tayyab and not to forget Nauman from house keeping. In fact all the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, along with Thai restaurant which meets all our savoury requirements.

I could not believe that a hotel in Pakistan could match up to international standards. It is a modern design hotel and we loved our stay here. The rooms are spacious clean and modern. The staff are exceptional. Shout out to Miss Amina at reception and bell boy Nasim. Actually all the staff are amazing, courteous and professional. I used the Gym and it's decent. The location of the hotel is prime! Small details were taken care of! Carpet slippers in the room, universal power sockets to accommodate any phone chargers, Central heating and cooling, and so on. Would definitely stay here next time.
